Christal Carter is the founder of Evolution Business Alliance, the “ultimate business resource store” helping entrepreneurs access training, resources, and strategies to grow their businesses. A U.S. Air Force veteran with 10 years in the DC Air National Guard, Christal built her career as a Corporate IT Trainer, traveling nationwide after discovering her passion for training while working at the U.S. Department of Treasury.

She is also the author of UnBreakable: How to Heal, Rebuild, and Love Life Again After Divorce, a powerful guide to help people overcome trauma, embrace healing, and step into a brighter future.

A proud Washington, DC native, Christal studied at Prince George’s Community College and Strayer College and is most proud of being mom to her “miracle baby,” Christopher. Her mission is to help others turn pain into purpose and entrepreneurship dreams into reality.

Dennis V. Humphrey, PhD
Dr. Humphrey is the owner/principal consultant at Point.Shift, a Virginia based practice, which has a organizational development focus providing change management, team dynamics, performance and effectiveness improvement, and motivational moments. He has held a Professor of Psychology position at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, DC since 2018. Over the past 25 years, Dr. Humphrey has been involved in the fields of human resources, training and development, organizational development/change, executive redirection, nursing, operations management, corporate strategy, and cybersecurity. Dr. Humphrey provides a multi-level approach using experiential approaches to increase behaviors that promote efficiency for organizations and individuals. He possesses undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Business Management, a Masters in Organizational Development and Behavior, a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a 22-year veteran of the Armed Services. He is also the host of ‘The Stew Pit’ that is aired once a month on Fox5-Global Television in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.    

Eulana Williams
Eulana Williams, M.Ed. is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Skill Builderz LLC and a former Cybersecurity Training Manager for HHS and CFPB, where she led Training & Awareness programs and Cybersecurity Awareness Month events. With expertise in cybersecurity awareness, Section 508 accessibility, and instructional design, Eulana now curates CyberSmart 2025, a national awareness series. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and is dedicated to making compliance clear, actionable, and engaging.

Kahana Lanae Samms
Kahana Lanae Samms is a seasoned cybersecurity leader, entrepreneur, and mentor with 25 years in IT and 16 years specializing in cybersecurity. She has served in critical roles across federal agencies, including DISA, the Pentagon, DoDEA, the National Guard, U.S. Census Bureau, and CFPB. As an Information Systems Security Manager, Kahana leads the authorization process for federal systems, ensuring compliance with NIST standards and organizational security policies. Her earlier hands-on experience in network and device security shapes her strategic approach today.

Passionate about bridging cybersecurity and emerging technologies like AI, Kahana advocates for ethical innovation, diversity, and inclusion in tech. Beyond federal service, she founded The Good Spirit Cafe and Good Spirit Shop, wellness-focused brands rooted in heritage and holistic living. She is dedicated to mentoring the next generation, empowering women and underrepresented voices to thrive in technology.

Kareem A. Sykes, ITIL
Kareem A. Sykes serves as Director of Industry & Engagement at Eccalon, leading strategic initiatives such as Project Spectrum, a U.S. Department of Defense–recognized cybersecurity program that equips small businesses with resources and training to strengthen cybersecurity compliance. With nearly 20 years of leadership experience and ITIL v4 certification, Mr. Sykes has managed federal programs for agencies including USAID and the U.S. Army, driving operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration.

He is also the Founder & Managing Partner of FTS Consulting Group, an MBE-certified engineering and technical services firm specializing in Fire Protection Design, Construction Management, HVAC, and Security Design Services. FTS serves major commercial clients like Exelon and Siemens, as well as federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Secret Service.

Dr. LaShonda Bracey
Dr. LaShonda Bracey, MCT, MsEd, PMP is an accomplished e-learning professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in instructional design, training development, and learning technologies. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Project Management Professional (PMP), she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to every project. Dr. Bracey is highly skilled in tools and methodologies such as Adobe Captivate, learning management systems, curriculum development, and web design, creating innovative learning solutions that drive engagement and results.

With a Master’s in Education (Ms.Ed) specializing in Training and Development/Instructional Design from Ferris State University, she combines academic rigor with real-world experience. Known for her dynamic public speaking and passion for workforce development, Dr. Bracey empowers organizations to harness technology for impactful training and continuous growth.

Neeraj (Raj) Kapur
Raj Kapur has over 25 years of professional IT experience in both NYC and Orlando. He currently serves as the Executive Director of IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Support (a team of about 85 employees) at Orange County Public Schools in Orlando.  OCPS is the 8th largest K-12 Public School District in the US. Raj graduated from the Zicklin School of Business – Baruch College in NYC with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in IT. He holds multiple Board Director roles at SIM Central Florida, Orange Technical College, Bluum Executive Education Advisory Committee, and Ativion EdTech & Cybersecurity Council. Raj loves giving back to the community by mentoring, volunteering, and educating students, adults, and local Robotics teams.  He is the biggest 1990’s hip-hop fan, and loves Tupac. These experiences shaped my belief that true mission impact requires the seamless integration of People, Processes, and Partnerships.

Bishop-Designate Joshua N. King
Bishop-Designate Joshua N. King hails from Mt. Airy, North Carolina, and is a third-generation preacher. After serving in the U.S. Army, he pursued ministry studies at Morris College, earning a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy from Benedict College and a Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University, where he served as Vice-President of the STVU Alumni Association. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Regent University.

Licensed in 2000 and ordained in 2001, Bishop-Designate King has pastored three churches and now serves as the 8th Senior Pastor of Zion Baptist Church in Hampton, Virginia. In January 2025, he was appointed Bishop-Designate and serves as Bishop Ordinary of the Grace Communion of Churches International.

Married to Reverend Kimberly King, with five children and four grandchildren, he is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, and believes, “It’s not how you start, but how you finish.”
